The LK-T63 is a fully automatic press line designed for making small and medium-sized aluminum foil containers. It comes with a strong C frame structure that ensures stable running and low vibration during long hours of production.
This machine is a complete ready-to-run line, including decoiler, main press, mould lifting arm, safety door, scrap suction system, control cabinet and 3-way stacker. It uses lithium-based ester lubrication to keep moving parts working smoothly and reduce wear.
For safe operation, the LK-T63 is fitted with a safety door. When the door is opened during production, the machine stops automatically to protect the operator. It can work 24 hours continuously, with a speed range of 35–68 strokes per minute. One worker can operate the whole line easily, helping you save labor cost.
The electrical system uses reliable parts from Mitsubishi, Siemens, ABB and Schneider. The machine can process aluminum foil from 0.025 mm to 0.2 mm thick. Mould changing is simple with hydraulic control, and one person can finish the job in about 15 minutes.
