Aluminum Foil Container Machine Production Speed 35 to 70 Strokes Per Minute for Smooth Wall Trays

Product Description:

Aluminum Foil Container Machine with 35 to 70 Strokes Per Minute for Smooth Wall Trays and C-Frame Structure 0

The LK-T63 delivers 35 to 70 strokes per minute specifically for smooth wall (wrinkle-free) aluminum foil trays. This is not a general-purpose machine — it is built for customers who need clean, professional container walls at higher speeds.

Speed alone means nothing without stability. That is why the LK-T63 pairs its rapid cycle rate with a solid C-frame structure, a higher worktable for lower center of gravity, and a lithium-based grease lubrication system. The result: consistent tray quality across long production runs.

We have shipped aluminum foil container lines for over 15 years. For the LK-T63, we selected core components from Mitsubishi (PLC, touchscreen, inverter), Innomotics (main motor), Schneider (low-voltage), and SMC / Airtac (pneumatics). The press is built with a solid bed plate — not hollow — so it holds up under continuous use.

This line runs both smooth wall and wrinkle wall molds. Foil thickness from 0.025mm to 0.2mm is supported. If you primarily produce thinner-gauge trays, the LK-T63 gives you an edge in material savings.

Key advantages at a glance

  • One operator per line
  • Capable of 24-hour continuous operation
  • Average stamping speed: 50 strokes per minute
  • Automatic stop with fault display on touchscreen
  • 60 mold parameter storage
  • Quick mold change system

The LK-T63 press is specifically developed for three-cavity molds, making it ideal for small to medium-sized aluminum foil containers. It features a C-frame structure, with a lithium-based grease lubrication system.

Fully Automatic Standard line configuration

  • Decoiler
  • T63 press machine
  • Scrap suction system
  • Standard Three-cavity stacker
  • Scrap baler
  • Scrap aspirator

The safety door automatically stops the machine when opened during normal production — a design feature that directly protects your operators. The mold lifting arm on the worktable makes mold changes noticeably faster and easier.

Core Features & Advantages:

  • Solid bed plate –  Better rigidity, no deformation over time.
  • Higher worktable – Lowers the machine's center of gravity for better stability at high speeds.
  • Hydraulic mold change – One person can change a mold in 15 minutes. No wrench needed.
  • Adjustable process parameters – Reduces material waste, improves yield.
  • Molds are transferable – Molds made for this line can also run on other brand presses.
  • Removable logo block – Change product branding without making a whole new mold.
  • Embossing available – Add an embossing device on the decoiler.

FAQ:

Q: What is the real running speed for smooth wall trays?

A: 35 to 70 strokes per minute. The actual speed depends on tray depth and foil thickness. Most customers run at 50–60 strokes per minute for smooth wall products.

Q: Does smooth wall production require a different mold?
A: Yes. Smooth wall molds have different surface finish requirements. We build both smooth wall and wrinkle wall molds based on your sample.

Q: How many good trays per hour at 60 strokes per minute?
A: At 60 strokes per minute with a 3-cavity mold, that is 10,800 containers per hour before factoring in material changes or breaks.

Q: What causes the speed range to vary from 35 to 70?
A: Deeper trays and thicker foil require slower speeds. Shallow trays with thin foil can run at the higher end. The machine allows you to adjust for each job.

Q: Can this line run coated foil?
A: Yes. Coated and uncoated foil both work. Uncoated saves material cost. For smooth wall trays, coated foil often gives better surface results.

Q: How long to switch from one mold to another?
A: About 15 minutes with one person. The hydraulic lifting arm and worktable design make the difference.

Q: What safety features are included?
A: A safety door that stops the press immediately when opened. No bypass tricks — it is a hard stop.

Q: Does the LK-T63 require special installation?
A: No. Standard 380V/50Hz/3 phase power. If your local supply is different, add a transformer. The machine sits on a flat concrete floor. No special foundation needed.

Q: How does T63 compare to your T80?
A: T63 is a 3-cavity C-frame with grease lubrication. T80 is a 4-cavity H-frame with closed oil circuit. T80 is more stable and cleaner, but T63 is more affordable and sufficient for many customers.
